We are a family owned business that prides itself on delivering top quality personalized service at excellent prices. 15 years ago the owner, Dave Steckling attended college to study computer science. Within a short time, family and friends started asking for help with their pcs. He kept being advised that he should start his own computer repair business. After hundreds of repairs, he determined to hone his skills even more, and years later attended college again to become a computer systems technician. With his extensive training, he easily became certified as an A+ and Network+ service technician by Comptia, one of the foremost computer technician certification programs in the industry.

In addition, Dave spent over 20 years in the auto industry in positions of management, realizing the great need for excellent customer service. Along with his wife Nancy, and daughter Natalie, they have all held customer service positions and learned how to provide top notch customer care.
